TRUMPS SECURES BORDER! Southwest Border Encounters At RECORD LOW As Trump Enforces The Law!

Trump Secures Border As Southwest Border Encounters Down to Record Low 11,000 For Second Month In A Row As President Enforces The Law:
https://dailytorch.com/2025/04/trump-secures-border-as-southwest-border-encounters-down-to-record-low-11000-for-second-month-in-a-row-as-president-enforces-the-law/

Encounters on the southwest border of the U.S. with Mexico dropped to a record low of 11,017, according to the latest data by U.S Customs and Border Protection, the lowest ever on record in data dating all the way back to 2000. This was the second month in a row at these record lows since President Trump began his second term, with encounters on the border in February coming in at 11,709. Compared to a year ago, in March 2024, there were 189,359 encounters on the southwest border, and so being down to 11,017, that is a 94 percent decrease, proving to the American people and the entire world that border security is about the political will of the President more than anything else, with Trump declaring a national border emergency on Jan. 20 under the National Emergencies Act, deploying the military to the border, resuming construction of the southern border wall, declaring gangs and drug cartels to be terrorist organizations and expediting their removal under the Alien Enemy Act and by the Attorney General. As it turns out, it takes a president to enforce the laws Congress has already enacted, putting the lie to former President Joe Biden that he “needed” Congress to do something extra.

MADE IN AMERICA Will Be PERMANENT! Not Even Joe Biden Dared To Remove TARIFFS ON CHINA!

Trump Moves Phones, Computers, Chips To 20 Percent China Tariff ‘Bucket’ As National Security Investigation Into Electronics Trade Continues:
https://dailytorch.com/2025/04/trump-moves-phones-computers-chips-to-20-percent-china-tariff-bucket-as-national-security-investigation-into-electronics-trade-continues/

“These products are subject to the existing 20% Fentanyl Tariffs, and they are just moving to a different Tariff ‘bucket.’” That was President Donald Trump on Truth Social on April 13, clarifying that technology products manufactured in China including phones, computers and chips and other semiconductors will be subjected to the 20 percent tariff to foster greater cooperation in combating fentanyl shipments to the U.S. that the President levied on March 3. In addition, the President stated that the investigation into the electronics supply chain on national security grounds — hinting at potential additional tariffs under 19 U.S.C. Sec. 1862, Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962 — that Trump launched on Jan. 20 is ongoing. Trump wrote, “We are taking a look at Semiconductors and the WHOLE ELECTRONICS SUPPLY CHAIN in the upcoming National Security Tariff Investigations.” Here, Trump is in part granting what appears to be temporary a reprieve to U.S. companies like Apple and Dell that are deeply invested in China, who were initially being subjected to the 145 percent tariff — the 20 percent fentanyl cooperation tariff plus the 125 percent overall tariff — that Trump put into place on April 9. But as the Section 232 national security investigations commence by U.S. departments and agencies including the Departments of Commerce and Defense, taking into account recent advancements in artificial intelligence chips and technologies — some of the most advanced technologies with military applications in the world — they will almost certainly find that the consolidated manufacturing of these products singularly in China and Taiwan particularly is quite precarious and recommend prioritizing domestic production. It would be like being dependent on Russian imports of rocket technologies to build intercontinental ballistic missiles during the Cold War — something that never happened because it would have been too dangerous and given the Soviet Union unnecessary leverage with which to threaten the U.S. Instead, obviously, we had our own rocket program. And so too it will be with chips and other computer technologies — because it must be so in order to protect U.S. national security. Does any rational investor on Wall Street think it will go any other way?

INFLATION DROPPING! Trump WINNING! And Congress Is STILL Panicking!

As Producer And Consumer Prices Fall, Is Inflation Finally In The Rear-View Mirror? https://dailytorch.com/2025/04/as-producer-and-consumer-prices-fall-is-inflation-finally-in-the-rear-view-mirror/

Producer prices dropped 0.4 percent in March, following consumer prices dropping 0.1 percent, according to the latest data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, amid continued drops in food and energy prices, particularly on the producer side, which saw 2.1 percent and 4 percent drops, respectively. These price drops came prior to President Donald Trump’s April announcements of reciprocal tariffs (now paused) and 10 percent tariffs globally except for China, which is currently seeing a 145 percent tariff. Since then, there have been further drops in commodities prices including oil that factor into producer prices. Light sweet crude oil has dropped from $72 a barrel down to $60 a barrel, a 16.6 percent drop. All of which means inflation is falling — and appears poised to continue falling — in spite of repeated predictions by opponents of President Donald Trump’s tariffs of both parties that prices would rise in response to his tariffs on Canada, Mexico, China and the rest of the world. It simply has not happened, with consumer inflation the past 12 months now at 2.4 percent and producer inflation at 2.7 percent. That’s coming off peak consumer inflation of 9.1 percent in June 2022 and producer inflation of 11.3 percent in June 2022. The trend is down and has been. Is inflation finally in the rear-view mirror?

Trump WINNING Trade War As Nations Rush To MAKE A DEAL Before April 9! Congress PANICS! LIVE!

As Trade Partners Flock To Make A Deal With Trump Before April 9, Congress Would Lock In Trade Imbalances Forever:
https://dailytorch.com/2025/04/as-trade-partners-flock-to-make-a-deal-with-trump-before-april-9-congress-would-lock-in-trade-imbalances-forever/

President Donald Trump says the phone is ringing off the hook with trade partners anxious to make reciprocal trade deals after the President raised tariffs across the board among trade partners on April 2, before April 9 when the tariffs are due to take effect. For example, on April 4 Trump strongly signaled that trade negotiations could be about to with Vietnam after the President levied a 46 percent tariff on that country, writing on Truth Social, “Just had a very productive call with To Lam, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, who told me that Vietnam wants to cut their Tariffs down to ZERO if they are able to make an agreement with the U.S. I thanked him on behalf of our Country, and said I look forward to a meeting in the near future.” In the least, this should show that President Trump is open to negotiation, but trade partners should also pay very close attention that the retaliatory tariffs Trump is levying are not just in response to their tariffs, White House trade advisor Peter Navarro warned on CNBC’s Squawk Box this morning on April 7, “Let’s take Vietnam. When they come to us and say ‘we’ll go to zero tariffs,’ that means nothing to us because it’s the nontariff cheating that matters.” The non-tariff barriers include things like subsidies, import bans and perhaps most critically competitive currency devaluations, wherein trade partners devalue their own currencies in order to make the dollar stronger and cheapen the price of exports to the U.S. There, the value of the Vietnamese dong to the U.S. dollar has dropped from 0.00005 in 2011 down to 0.000039 today, a 22 percent decrease. In that time, the trade in goods deficit with Vietnam went from $13 billion in 2011 to $123 billion in 2024, and 846 percent increase, according to data compiled by the U.S. Census Bureau. Obviously, it’s not just Vietnam that is doing this. Except now certain members of Congress want to take away the President’s ability to increase and decrease tariffs, locking in the current trade imbalances forever. For better or for worse, Congress delegated this responsibility in the 1930s to enable Franklin Roosevelt to negotiate reciprocal tariff reductions in the 1930s during the Great Depression. The authority has since shifted to that under the 1974 Trade Act. How about instead let’s give President Trump the space — and leverage — he needs to negotiate better deals with foreign trade partners? The U.S. economy has been sick for a very long time, and it’s time for it to take its medicine.

5.5 Million NON-CITIZENS Get SOCIAL SECURITY Numbers! Trump Issues ELECTION INTEGRITY Order!

DOGE, Musk Find 5.5 Million Non-Citizens With Social Security Numbers, 1.13 Million On Medicaid, Many Registered To Vote As Trump Issues Election Integrity Executive Order
https://dailytorch.com/2025/03/doge-musk-find-5-5-million-non-citizens-with-social-security-numbers-1-13-million-on-medicaid-many-registered-to-vote-as-trump-issues-election-integrity-executive-order/

At a town hall question and answer with Elon Musk in Green Bay, Wis. on March 30 on behalf of Wisconsin Supreme Court candidate Brad Schimel, the White House Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) revealed that since 2021, 5.5 million non-citizens have been given Social Security numbers. Of those, DOGE has already identified 1.3 million who are collecting Medicaid, a $567 billion a year program to about 79.3 million people at about $7,100 per person collecting, an apparent waste of about $8 billion a year. According to DOGE’s Antonio Gracias, “We’ve gone through on every benefit program… We found groups from this particular group of people, this 5.5 million people, in those benefit programs.” But it’s not just non-citizens collecting public benefits. Gracias added, “And then what was really, really disturbing us was why? We’re asking ourselves why. And, so we actually just took a sample and looked at voter registration records and we found people here registered to vote in this population. Yes. And, who did vote and … we found some by sampling that actually did vote and we have referred them to prosecution at the Homeland Security Investigation Service.” Generally, most Americans have to prove they are citizens to get a Social Security numbers when filling out form SS-5. The exception has been if you are working here lawfully. And under the administration of former President Joe Biden, the Social Security numbers were also being issued to supposed asylum seekers who, generally, came here illegally. There’s just one problem. States very much depend on the integrity of the Social Security database under the Help America Vote Act via Help America Vote Verification (HAVV) to verify eligibility to register to vote in U.S. elections, which is reserved to citizens. In 2024 alone, the HAVV database was queried 16.2 million times, resulting in 3 million non-matches and another 168,854 matches for dead people. And that was before the Social Security Administration just purged 20 million deceased persons from the Social Security database who were still marked as alive. Now under President Donald Trump’s election integrity executive order, states will have to purge both from the voter rolls.

On TARIFFS and SOVEREIGN WEALTH, Trump Is Creating TOOLS Future Presidents Will Thank Him For! LIVE!

President Trump’s Tariffs And Sovereign Wealth Fund Can Restore American Economic Primacy, Cut Inflation https://dailytorch.com/2025/03/president-trumps-tariffs-and-sovereign-wealth-fund-can-restore-american-economic-primacy-cut-inflation/

President Donald Trump has expanded his tariffs to include a new 25 percent tariffs on all trucks and cars and automobile parts being imported into the U.S. in a March 26 proclamation, citing national security concerns with outsourced automobile production, stating, “automobiles and certain automobile parts are being imported into the United States in such quantities and under such circumstances as to threaten to impair the national security of the United States.” Trump cited a February 2019 report by then-Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross that highlighted defense production interests being upheld by a strong U.S. auto industry, fueling military innovation and at a time of war or national emergency, the U.S. military needs to be able to rely upon domestic production. Investors might be temporarily spooked, but trade barriers can include monetary barriers, too. In just the past year, the Canadian dollar has depreciated against the U.S. dollar by 5 percent and the Mexican peso has depreciated by 18.3 percent. By any definition, these are competitive devaluations, but they could result in a temporarily stronger dollar, slowing inflation. This is where President Trump’s proposed sovereign wealth fund could make a big difference in not only helping to bolster U.S. production and balance trade, but also shore up fiscal policy, with a report due to the President on May 3 outlining the structure of the fund. Namely, the federal government is sitting on some $7.3 trillion of intergovernmental holdings of non-marketable U.S. treasuries in various trust funds including but not limited to the Social Security and Medicare trust funds. Want to fight inflation, Mr. President? You could direct the Treasury and other departments to begin selling some of those trillions of dollars’ worth of treasuries, directly taking money out of circulation. It could be worth consideration. Either way, President Trump is creating new tools that future presidents of both parties can utilize. They can thank him later.

TRUMP SECURES BORDER! Encounters DOWN 94% In Just A Month After Taking Office!

Southwest land border encounters dropped to 11,709 in the February, the first full month of President Donald Trump’s tenure in office, according to data gathered by U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the lowest ever on record in data dating all the way back to 2000. Compared to one year ago, in Feb. 2024 it was 189,913, down to 11,709, a 93.8 percent decrease in border encounters — showing that President Donald Trump’s decision to immediately deploy the U.S. military to the southern border is having the effect that he was hoping to server as a deterrent and as construction has resumed on the southern border wall that former President Joe Biden left incomplete. A part of the success is also undoubtedly President Trump’s threatened 25 percent tariff on Mexico — an ultimatum leveled before he even took office — that has resulted in Mexico putting 10,000 of its own troops on the U.S.-Mexican border as well. Trump still says there’s more work to be done to keep fentanyl from flowing into the U.S. from both Mexico and Canada, and he paused imposition of the 25 percent tariff on cars from both countries until April but are set to go into effect. President Trump declared a national border emergency on Jan. 20 under the National Emergencies Act. And Trump said the national border emergency requires the use of the military under 10 U.S. Code Sec. 12302. And, like in 2019, Trump is using the emergency to finish construction of the southern border wall under 50 U.S. Code Sec. 1631 and 10 U.S. Code. Sec. 2808. In addition, President Trump declared Tren de Aragua and other drug cartels as terrorist organizations on Jan. 20 by executive order in accordance with 8 U.S. Code Sec. 1189. And on March 15, Trump issued a proclamation invoking the 1798 Alien Enemy Act that the international criminal organization Tren de Aragua, supported by Venezuela, is a “hybrid criminal state”. All this in just two months in office and the results speak for themselves. The contrast from the prior administration of former President Joe Biden is simply stunning, combining data from both the United States Border Patrol encounters and the Office of Field Operations inadmissibles by the Office of Immigration Statistics, there were some 10.8 million border encounters all told from January 2021 to November 2024. It’s almost as if border security were simply a matter of political will — of which Trump appears to have an ample supply.

STOPPING Inflation Is Job #1, MR. President! INFLATION Still TOP ISSUE In Fox Poll!

Inflation Remains Top Issue For Voters In Polls As Trump, Republicans In Race Against Time https://dailytorch.com/2025/03/inflation-remains-top-issue-for-voters-in-polls-as-trump-republicans-in-race-against-time/

Inflation remains the top issue for voters as President Donald Trump enters his third month in office, according to the latest data in a Fox News poll showing 27 percent saying inflation and prices are definitely still the top issue, a consistent result that was also seen in the 2024 election. That cuts across party lines, with 32 percent of Republicans, 27 percent of independents and 21 percent of Democrats saying inflation was the top issue. And across almost every single ethnic and age demographic with few exceptions, inflation remains the top issue. After inflation, it’s the economy and jobs, at 16 percent. The result comes as President Trump, although having his highest overall approval rating ever in a Fox poll at 49 percent, on inflation, 56 percent disapprove of Trump, by far his — and America’s — weakest issue, even as he inherited the mess from former President Joe Biden. That includes 20 percent disapproval among Republicans and 69 percent disapproval from independents. But Biden had problems when he was entering office, too, as the economy had just come out of the 2020 Covid economic lockdowns recession. He started positive, too, but was underwater in approval ratings by August 2021 prior to the botched military withdrawal from Afghanistan, thanks in large part to consumer inflation, which by that time had already reached an annual rate of 5.3 percent. Consumer inflation reached 7.5 percent by Jan. 2022 before Russia invaded Ukraine, and peaked at 9.1 percent in June 2022. By then Biden’s average disapproval rating was over 56 percent. Biden never recovered. The lesson is every election is always a referendum of the incumbents. The good news for Trump and Republicans is that while during Biden’s term inflation was already outpacing average weekly earnings by April 2021, according to Bureau of Labor Statistics data, a condition that persisted all the way until June 2023 — two years is an eternity in politics, and by then, Biden’s fate as a one-term president had already likely been sealed — so far during the first two months of Trump’s second term, earnings are still outpacing inflation, with consumer prices appearing to continue cooling.

Is TRUMP Declaring WAR On The Drug Cartels? Invokes ALIEN ENEMY ACT!

President Trump Is Not Acting Arbitrarily, He Is Executing The Laws As 56% Approve Of Handling Of Border And Immigration. Is He Declaring War On The Drug Cartels?https://dailytorch.com/2025/03/president-trump-is-not-acting-arbitrarily-he-is-executing-the-laws-as-56-approve-of-handling-of-border-and-immigration-is-he-declaring-war-on-the-drug-cartels/

56 percent of Americans approve of President Donald Trump’s handling of border security and immigration, according to the latest Fox News poll conducted March 14 to March 17, as the poll handed Trump his highest approval rating ever for a Fox poll at 49 percent. That includes majorities approving of Trump’s handling of the border and immigration in almost every demographic: 59 percent of men, 54 percent of women, 58 percent of Whites, 45 percent of Blacks, 51 percent of Hispanics, 51 percent under the age of 30, 54 percent under the age of 45 and 57 percent above the age of 45. And it cuts across party lines to a certain extent, with 51 percent of independents approving, 94 percent of Republicans and 19 percent of Democrats. More Democrats approve than Republicans disapprove — 19 percent to 5 percent, which is the real difference maker in the poll. The public mood measurement from Fox comes as President Trump and his administration seek to defend their aggressive approach to combating illegal immigration and deadly drug trafficking publicly and in federal courts. On March 15, U.S. District Judge James Boasberg sought to curtail via an injunction Trump’s proclamation the same day invoking the 1798 Alien Enemy Act that the international criminal organization Tren de Aragua, supported by Venezuela, is a “hybrid criminal state that is perpetrating an invasion of and predatory incursion into the United States, and which poses a substantial danger to the United States.” The proclamation came the same day that the U.S. removed around 250 such enemy aliens were put on planes and to El Salvador, in whose jurisdiction they now reside. But, here, Trump is not acting arbitrarily. He is executing the laws of the land. President Trump declared Tren de Aragua and other drug cartels as terrorist organizations on Jan. 20 by executive order in accordance with 8 U.S. Code Sec. 1189, “Designation of foreign terrorist organizations.” Is Trump declaring war on the drug cartels?

IMPERIAL JUDICIARY Commandeers The U.S. Military From PRESIDENT TRUMP! LIVE!

The Imperial Judiciary Is Trying To Commandeer The U.S. Military From President Trump:
https://dailytorch.com/2025/03/the-imperial-judiciary-is-trying-to-commandeer-the-u-s-military-from-president-trump/

In yet more violence done to the Federal Constitution by an unelected federal judge almost certainly exceeding her authority, in Talbot v. United States, U.S. District Judge for the District of Columbia Ana Reyes has decided to put an injunction on President Donald Trump’s Jan. 27 executive order expanding the list of disqualifying psychological disorders to include persons suffering from gender dysphoria from military service after they were summarily discharged under a Feb. 26 Defense Department memorandum. According to Judge Reyes’ ruling, “Plaintiffs have shown they are likely to succeed on their Fifth Amendment claim,” which entailed “that the Military Ban violates the equal protection component of the Due Process Clause of the Fifth Amendment. They also allege that the Military Ban violates the currently serving Plaintiffs’ procedural due process rights under the Fifth Amendment.” Gender dysphoria is a psychological condition, according to Pyschiatry.org, wherein a patient experiences “psychological distress that results from an incongruence between one’s sex assigned at birth and one’s gender identity.” Now, President Trump as the Commander-in-Chief of the military under Article II of the Constitution and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth have expanded the list of disqualifying psychological disorders to include gender dysphoria, joining sleep disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, dyslexia, autism spectrum disorder, schizophrenia, delusional disorders, unspecified psychoses, mood disorders with psychotic features, bipolar and related disorders, depressive disorder, recurrent single adjustment disorder, conduct disorders, oppositional defiance disorders, behavior disorders, personality disorders, encopresis, eating disorders, communication disorders, history of suicidality, history of self-harm, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, dissociative disorders, somatic symptoms and related disorders, paraphilic disorders, substance abuse, history of prescription of psychotropic medication within 36 months, history of any other mental disorders and prior psychiatric hospitalization for any cause. It also joins other disqualifying conditions such as being overweight or suffering from asthma or paralysis, etc. Are all of those suffering from those conditions being discriminated against too under the Fifth Amendment? This is the fantasy that Judge Reyes is indulging.
